Pulogebang Terminal Ensures All Tickets Have Been Refunded Fully

Management of Pulogebang Integrated Terminal, Cakung, East Jakarta announced that bus ticket refunds have been 100 percent completed. Since the beginning of Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) implementation in Jakarta, Pulogebang Terminal side has followed up and monitored the issue.

Pulogebang Integrated terminal Management Unit Head, Bernad Octavianus Pasaribu stated, the last ticket refund was on Sunday (4/26). There
were three people who received refund service from one of the PO buses. While on Friday (4/24), there were around 50 people who refunded their tickets."Today, we close all PO buses counters in terminal. We ensure there are no passengers who are making refunds because all of them have been served on Friday and last on Sunday," he conveyed, Monday (4/27).
Starting Today, Pulogebang Terminal Closes AKAP Bus ServiceAccording to him, since first phase of PSBB was implemented and homecoming prohibition had been established by central government, his side had instructed all PO buses in the terminal to refund the tickets fully to the passengers without any deduction.
In the other hand, Kampung Rambutan Terminal Head, Made Joni stated, currently there is no activity in AKAP bus terminal area. All PO buses have been closed since last Friday. However, his side didn't provide refund service because most passengers buy the ticket directly on the same day of departure.
"There are no ticket counters open today. Because, all PO buses have closed the counters since the last Friday due to homecoming prohibition from the central government," he explained.
